Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Flowers By Design, we take pride in creating handcrafted floral arrangements and decor pieces tailored with care and detail. As many of our products are custom-made and perishable, we follow a transparent policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations.


Returns Policy

We do not typically accept returns or replacements. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damagedincorrect, or defective, you may raise a return request within 3 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@flowersbydesign.co.in with the following details:

  • Order ID and invoice copy

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of the concern

If your request meets our conditions and is approved, we may offer:

  • replacement, subject to availability

  • Or a refund, as per the Refund Policy below

Conditions for Return Approval:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and any ancillary items must be intact

  • The return request must be raised within 3 hours of delivery

Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined at our discretion.


Refund Policy

If a refund is approved after reviewing your return request, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please check with your bank or contact us at info@flowersbydesign.co.in for assistance.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Cancellations can be requested by emailing info@flowersbydesign.co.in with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Please note:

  • Same-day or next-day orders, or customized arrangementscannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • Cancellation approval is subject to product eligibility and preparation status.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized floral arrangements

  • Same-day or fixed-time deliveries

  • Perishable items post-delivery

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling
